Update...after installing the awning ourselves, we were not able to roll the awning all the way in. Well, we fixed it and we love it. I wish it pivoted but for $190 hey why not...I can have 30 of these! Very happy with it.

The media could not be loaded. Just installed, so, so far, so good. The quality of the parts Jim's good. Nothing was misaligned, cross-threaded, or flimsy/ cheap feeling. I don't know about longevity yet, but it went together pretty well. The instructions are not abundantly clear in some places, so threading the fabric into the metal parts had to be redone. Not a big deal, just takes some extra time to fix. You should note, there are no measurement instructions for placing the brackets on the wall, so measure carefully! Let's just say, have some bolts ready to go for an accessory just to the side of the awning, lol! This install will go best if you have do-it-yourself experience, as we are talking about hammer drills and expansion bolts for concrete mounting. If you're not sure what those things are, get help with this project. Also, lifting the thing into place can be a challenge, so two people are much better. I did do it myself, but it was tough.

Happy with it but i wish it came with a different style anchor

So far holding up well. Takes effort to install, instructions are difficult but can be figured out. If it lasts in time I will give it 5 stars.
