Timex Men's Ironman Triathlon Flix 100 Lap 42mm Watch

For those who haven’t seen the tan variant, here it is. Fantastic digital watch, lightweight, comfortable. I like this color way the most. I’m surprised it’s not advertised more!

As advertised, really like the "green" screen image!

Backlight stopped working after 3 days of light/normal wear.

The color says green but it is tan in color

This is perhaps the nicest digital watch I’ve ever had, the watch is new, but it came broken, the alarm does not sound or better to say sounds so low, it is inaudible, is practically useless, do not know if it can be fixed, I’ll have to take you to a technician, the problem is that I am in Ecuador, I do not know if the guarantee will serve or can be returned. ------------------------- Este es quizás el reloj digital más bonito que he tenido, el reloj es nuevo, pero me vino averiado, la alarma no suena o mejor dicho suena tan bajo, es inaudible, es prácticamente inservible, no sé si se pueda arreglar, voy a tener que llevarle a un técnico, el problema es que estoy en Ecuador, no sé si sirva la garantía o se pueda devolver.

This is such a throwback to see on the wrist, I was absolutely overjoyed with how retro this Ironman looks. It is just like my old one from the 90s, with a very good finish and sturdy quality. Timex Ironman watches have been with me for many years, and have always formed well in very extreme conditions, and this model is no different. The strap is great quality and the watch sits very low profile - perfect for when having to wear it under tighter cuffs on shirts or jackets. The buttons are all snappy and very responsive, but my favourite function has to be the Indiglo backlight, with its very bright green finish and a definite throwback to the 90s. For anyone wanting a very fun, retro, robust and tough little watch, I highly recommend this model. It has also gotten a fair bit of compliments from folks, so it has great wrist presence.

Comprei o produto porque tive o mesmo modelo nos aos 2000. Achei que esse relançamento ia atender à expectativas, no entanto, o produto é abaixo do que eu esperava. Números do visor chegaram fracos, parecendo que a bateria já está fraca. Menor qualidade que o modelo original lançado a anos atrás. Decepcionei.

The photos in the ads for the watch give a clear impression of a more robust watch than what showed up in the box. The main example is that basic Ironman watch has a much sturdier strap than the Flix. For the extra cost of the Flix (about $30 more than a basic Ironman) the value wasn't there. Frankly, I should have returned it but I needed a watch right away.

I like the watch, nice design, works well, useful fonctions.
