Given as a gift and the girl loved it! (10 year old). However, the clock was dead when it arrived, so I used the spare battery. I had to search around YouTube to find videos on how to get the darn thing opened - you just have to pry off the back part under the watch face. It was really hard to do, but I did it with a butter knife. Got the new battery in, and the clock worked, but when I would snap the watch closed, the clock stopped. Upon opening it, it would take about 8 seconds, then tick BACK one second, then start ticking normally. But once you close it again, the clock stopped again. I decided to quit messing with it after about 20 minutes. My guess is it's just a cheap clock mechanism, or maybe I messed it up somehow trying to get the back off. Overall, I know for my own 10 year old, the clock actually working is secondary to having a Snitch necklace, so hopefully either the girl's mom will be able to fix it, or they won't care.

I think this is only the second review I've ever left, but just wanted to say, if you're wondering which of these types of necklaces to buy, you can't do better than this. It's always tricky for this type of item, and I've been burned in the past, but I ordered two of these necklaces and they arrived quickly and are in perfect condition. The chains are nice and long, no blemishes at all, and best of all, the CLOCKS WORK. I'll update if they stop working or whatever, but it's looking very good.This company will sell a million of these if they'll keep the low price point and continue to keep stock in the USA because no one want their stuff to arrive a month after Christmas or wait for weeks.Excellent. Highly recommend.

This product was purchased as a gift for a pocket watch and Harry Potter enthusiast. This size, detail, product quality and overall value was well worth the incredibly affordable price I paid!

The wings were not fixed like in the photograph. Also there was a scratch on the ball and i hate it when i get something and it has a scratch. This is a gift ao I don’t have time to return it. The box also is not impressive looks a little junky. It’s still a good gift for a harry potter fan but I am disapointed with the scratch.

Purchased this for a friend for Christmas who is a Harry Potter fan!!! He loved the gift!! Great detail- watch worked perfectly! It did come in its own little gift box- however I did put his into another gift box as it fit better into a little bigger box- but that was clearly just my preference! Adorable gift choice for any Harry Potter fanatic!

It was hard to use the cane was uncomfortable and it broke within a day I didn't drop it or anything also the time doesn't stay changed when you correct it

This was a Christmas gift for my 9-year-old daughter. She loves it. My complaint is that one of the jump rings that hold on the wings was bent out of shape so one of the wings was not connected. Luckily I have some tools so I was able to fix it. My daughter wore it for a day and the the jump ring that connects the pendant to the chain fell off. So that was another fix I had to do.

The quality is good for the price. The clock works, the piece opens easily, and looks just like the picture. Only reason not 5 stars is that my clasp sticks, so won't open wide enough
