Maybe it depends on your hair type - I have extremely fine, blonde hair that is limp and lifeless. This produce made a noticeable difference from day one, the effect has increased over time with usage, but when I didn't use it for 3 weeks I began to notice a reversal. I still don't have a good head of hair, but it looks thicker and feels thicker when I wash it - my pony tail has a bigger diameter.

Excellent biy
I found this shampoo/conditioner very good but bought the Fibroligy thickness booster, and used that after shampooing.Which was left on then conditioned.I have such fine hair, but after the first wash I could feel a texture so was pleased my hair was thickening.Now after several washes twice a week. Can say I was pleased with my purchase.

Noticable difference, It works but the product uses up too quickly
I want to start by saying that I am a skeptical. I have been treating my hair with argan oil daily for years but my hair is just thin. I have seen a noticeable difference since starting to use this product. It's very small and I finished it quite quickly. I stopped for a month or two and I can start seeing my hair get thinner again. I will continue buying again.
