Very nice product, used everyday and really comfortable. Range is good, I can easily go from our office to the warehouse and hold a call with someone. Only reason for dropping a star is, whilst the ear piece is very comfortable, it does get quite hot to wear so I do end up taking it off between calls. It is nice that if the phone rings and you take the handset off the stand to no out it back on that it auto answers the call.

This is by far the best headset you can buy for its long-distance wireless reception. When I got to the end of my block, the reception was still clear. The reason it can do this is that it is not using Bluetooth. It uses an actual radio-based frequency. There is no way on Earth my Bose Headset can get this range. It also has superior noise cancellation. Someone could be mowing the lawn, working in the kitchen, or vacuuming, and the other person will not hear any of the background noise. No Bluetooth headset will ever come close to the range and sound quality of Yealink WH62 single or dual.

im so happy i decided to get this. at work we have a really ancient landline and i had a very uncomfortable, wired headset that i had to wear all day long. i was afraid it wouldnt work since our landline is so outdated, and has no bluetooth or usb connectivity. i did have to get the EHS adapter but it works great. Very comfortable to wear all day, but also easy and fast to take on and off.
