Effective Odor Remover for Pet Accidents and Laundry (Smell Is Very Neutral)
Urine-B-Gone works very well at eliminating odors. The scent itself isn’t anything fancy — it smells like a typical household cleaner — but that doesn’t bother me since the odor disappears once it dries. I decant it into a spray bottle for quick spot-treating when my puppy has accidents, and it’s been very effective. I also use it in the laundry and add it to the bleach dispenser of my washing machine. It does a great job removing tough smells, including pet odors and lingering “teenager” laundry odors. One thing that initially threw me off was the opaque color of the liquid, but I actually ended up liking this feature. When stored in a clear spray bottle, it’s easy to visually distinguish from other cleaners, especially if you have multiple unlabeled spray bottles. Overall, it’s a reliable, multi-use product that I now keep on hand for both pet cleanup and laundry.

This stuff is by far the best at removing stains and odors.
I would give this 10 stars! I’ve used plenty of different urine/stain removers in the past 30 years, this one is by far the best. The only negative is it doesn’t have a citrus smell. It’s a bit perfumey, but being a person that doesn’t tolerate fragrances well, this one isn’t too bad. It smells a bit soapy, not too floral and doesn’t give me a headache. I’ve used it as a spot cleaner/deodorizer, as a supplement to my laundry detergent when washing my dog’s potty pads and in my carpet cleaner. Its ability to remove a stain is impressive. I have a senior dog who is unwell. She’s had a diarrhea accident and vomited on my living room rug. After removing the solid substance, I spray with Urine b Gone and within moments the stain starts to fade. I let it set around 15 minutes, wipe with a towel and spray again, this time scrubbing the rug in all directions, spray again, let set and scrub with a clean towel. I have attached photos showing those steps. I’ve used this on urine accidents on my hardwood floors as well. It leaves a bit of a shine to the floor if you don’t get it completely wiped up and washed away, but it definitely removes any smells. I absolutely do not tolerate smells in my home. This stuff is a life saver when you have pets. I highly recommend this product.

Impressed with Functionality but Unimpressed with Safety Labeling
The citrus scented Kinzua Environmental Urine B-Gone, Professional Enzyme Odor Eliminator & Pet Stain Remover is a good quality urine cleaning solution with a pleasant but not overpowering scent. The bottle arrived without any leakage. The solution is not viscous which makes it suited for use in spray bottles. Where it is an enzymatic cleaner, you will want to keep in mind that you won't want to use it in conjunction with heat like you might use in steam cleaners or some carpet cleaners. Heat has the potential to denature enzymes that are there to handle urine. As someone with an aging cat that has accidents more often, I found that it works well with removing stains and odors when used as directed. Some heavier soiling may require some drenching and a 24-hour soak but it gets the job done. Safety information could be much better. First aid suggests avoiding skin contact but another part of the label suggest adding it to laundry. There is no indication of what the solution is composed of or active ingredients, just enzymes. You are referred to a website and a phone number for information on ingredients. I searched the website and the ingredients are not listed there. Although, in their FAQ, they state "UBG is eco-friendly and non-toxic when used as directed" and their marketing images state "Natural & Safe". Having to jump through hoops and being directed to dead ends for information is very inconvenient during a poison control crisis.

The "I Can Breathe Again" Miracle Juice
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5 Stars) Subject: Our house no longer smells like a subway station in July. Listen, if you are the parent of three toddlers currently navigating the "potty training" Hunger Games, and you also share your home with two cats who express their existential dread by peeing on your favorite rug, you need to buy this. Now. Buy the gallon. Maybe buy two and use one as a defensive moat around your master bedroom. Before Kinzua Urine B-Gone, our home décor theme was "Ammonia Chic." We had reached a point where we didn't even invite people over; we just waved at neighbors through the window while wearing gas masks. Between the "oopsie" puddles from the kids who thought the hallway was a bathroom, and the "revenge tinkles" from the cats who were offended by the new brand of litter, our carpets were essentially just giant sponges of despair. Why this stuff is basically liquid gold: The Scent: It’s labeled "Lavender," but to me, it smells like victory. It doesn't just layer a floral scent over the pee (creating that horrific "Lavender-Flavored Urinal" bouquet); it actually eats the odor. The Enzymes: These little microscopic janitors deserve a raise. I watched a stain from a "midnight accident" disappear faster than my sanity on a Monday morning. Laundry Life-Saver: I’ve started adding a splash to the wash when the 3-year-old decides that pants are optional and the couch is a target. The clothes come out smelling like actual fabric instead of a petting zoo. The Volume: It’s a full gallon. Which is great, because in this house, we don't "spot clean"—we "saturate the perimeter." The Verdict We went from "I think we need to burn the house down for the insurance money" to "Hey, I can actually sit on this rug without getting a contact high from the fumes." Our cats are confused that their scent-marking has been neutralized, and my kids are still toddlers, but at least my living room doesn't smell like a locker room. If you’re currently living in a biological hazard zone, do yourself a favor. This stuff works better than a bribe at nap time.

Works in some situations but not a complete solution
This product helped reduce odor in lighter situations, but it did not completely eliminate stronger or older stains. It is easy to apply and the scent is not overwhelming, which I appreciate. However, I needed multiple applications for noticeable improvement. It may work better for fresh spots rather than deep-set odors. Overall, it performs moderately well but did not fully meet my expectations.

Works Amazingly Well — Smell Is Completely Gone!
I needed something strong to tackle puppy urine during training, and Urine B‑Gone did not disappoint. It removed the smell completely, even from spots I thought would never come clean. Super easy to use and incredibly effective. This has been a lifesaver during puppy training!

So fresh, so clean. Worth every penny!
11/13/25 Bought the original scent. It smells so fresh and clean. Works well. I pre-spoted some of the urine stains on my carpet. Used the solution in my Bissell carpet cleaner, so far stains have not occured it seems it breaks down those pesky enzymes down. Again such a fresh and clean scent I am going to use in my swiffer power mop! Definitely worth the cost!🥳
