great belt for beginner, easy to use and help's lot with back support.

Haven't tested yet. However, a comfortable weight belt. No notches, like some weight belt so no problem with doing up. Seems to support the back well. Should be Ideal for use with weights or lifting heavy items.

It’s a cheap belt, it does its job but sometimes I feel like I’m having a hernia whilst wearing it.

Ordered the large size and it arrived very quickly just in time for my next session, done three weight sessions with it so far and have found it to be very comfortable,supportive and helping me to increase my reps.Would definitely recommend this item.

My first gym belt. I didn't want anything leather and this was a great alternative. XL is really large but still fits me just about. Makes a significant difference to my stability in squats and deadlifts.
