This is SO worth the price! It fits so well, and does not feel cheap at all! It’s very light, and actually breathable which was shocking to me. It came with everything in the description. Color matched exactly to the image. Even the zipper was great.. One of those this doesn’t stick out like crazy. I’ll be wearing this for years!

So I weigh 140 pounds I’m 5’5” and am a 36 DD. The chest on this was very big, I had to wear a very padded push up bra to get it to fit better and the waist was a little big on me. If I had time I would order a small I think it would fit much better but the quality is pretty good and it’s actually super cute in person. There’s not many reviews on this dirndl but I’m glad I took a chance. It’s worth the money. The fabric is thick but not too much. It doesn’t look cheap, the blouse it came with is alright, there are cuter ones out there but overall I’m happy and it’s comfortable

This dress makes me feel like a true German! It’s Beautiful. The material is authentic. Not plastic cheap like. The design is pretty. Fits like the chart size. I bought an XL. I’m 5’5 and about 175 lbs. Fit perfectly with some room. 100% recommend!

Okay, so I ordered roughly 15 dirndl trying to find one that would fit me right as a plus size woman. For reference I am a size 18 in pants and a 40DD in the bust and typically wear a 1X or size 16-18W in a sized dress. I ordered a 3X in this dirndl and the fit was perfect. Many dirndl run VERY small and I could not get them over my head. I had luck with another company that sold authentic dirndl but the price was almost $200. This dirndl was a fantastic compromise of price and quality since you will likely be buying other items to complete your outfit. I wanted something that was not costume quality that looked authentic since my husband ordered authentic leather lederhosen. The blouse that came with the dirndl was very tight in the arms and looked on the cheap side, so I ordered a more traditional cotton option with cotton lace that really flattered the style of both my body and the dress. The dress also has a single pocket on the right that is well made and can hold a cell phone. I also ordered a petticoat as this is how a dirndl should be worn and it really improved the look of the dress. Take the time to steam your dress before wearing. The bad. It's rayon. The fabric is lightweight but actually didn't wrinkle much in the heat of Tampa's Oktoberfest. The fabric did however bleed due to my sweating on the underarm area of my white blouse and on the skirt of my petticoat. Since it is rayon, I do not plan to wash the dirdl but rather have it drycleaned since it's rayon to prolong its life. After drycleaning the fabric may stop bleeding, that is not yet known. Also, I wish that the ribbon on the apron was about 1-2 feet longer on each end. I was unable to wrap the ribbon around to the front and tie a proper bow due to the length. I had to basically knot the ribbon to have a "tail" that would extend down the front of my apron (as pictured). It's like they forgot to make the apron for plus size. It is known that you tie the apron on the front side of your dirndl so they should take the waist sizing into account. Usually if married the ribbon is tied to your right and left if single. With all being said, the positive outweighs the few negatives and I hope to be able to reuse for years to come. I hope this review is helpful to my plus size ladies out there searching for the perfect dirndl!

I bought a XL. Super happy with the fit, materials and construction of the dress. It’s very cute and I won’t have to make any alterations. The shirt feels les quality and is smaller in the elastic arms but I would have paid the price for the dress alone.

I ordered this originally in medium - which fit very very very big in the chest. So I ended up ordering a size small. The dress fit perfectly with a little bit of room still in the chest and waist. I ended up bringing it with me on my trip. Wore it maybe for not even two hours - while still in the hotel the zipper ended up splitting in the middle. When I went to change I also noticed I had huge lines down the front of my chest - I had a major reaction to the section where the zipper was. I am not allergic to anything metal that I know of either so it was very strange.It was a quiet disappointing as the dress was very cute and very perfect for Oktoberfest but dissapointrd that the wear time was only a few hours long.

The off the shoulder blouse is NOT included. One of the reasons I chose this specific one was because it said the blouse comes with it.However, it is very well made and is really pretty!
