This is the worst shampoo I have ever used and left my hair really dry and frizzy and led to breakage. It doesn’t lather up and actually made my hair feel really rough even as I was washing it. It resulted in my hair feeling (and looking) really straw-like. There was a minimal amount of volume (hardly noticeable) but this was produced by the frizz more than anything else. I have bought better shampoo from discount stores at a fraction of the price. Given the high price I expected something much better. I feel like this shampoo has really damaged my hair. I have used this product just three times and have found more dryness and breakage in that time. My hair was previously in good condition. I don’t mind using expensive shampoos if they work but this is truly awful. If you care about the condition of your hair please don’t buy this. I would have given it 0 stars if I could have.

It smells alright, it's lathers quite well, but I just don't understand why it's so expensive. It didn't work well enough on my hair to make it worth the price tag.
