UPDATE: The company reached out to me through Amazon very shortly after my Amazon review published. They offered a full refund, but I requested a replacement, which I received less than a week later! THANK YOU VOFEL!! I have seen great results with this product. It is not a miracle worker, but I do see lift. I've used it now for an average of 3-4 times a week for about 4 months. At 61, I am happy with the results. ******************** Purchased in April 2024. Now has a cracked head in August 2024. Was not dropped. Looking for a replacement- but no way to contact the company. Hoping this gets resolved- because I LOVE my face massager.

The product stopped working after 2 1/2 months of random use. I charged it as instructed, and it made a strange noise and simply stopped working. It will not light up. It appears to be a quality issue. This item is poorly constructed, and I should have sent it back initially. It simply is not worth the investment. I am very disappointed! I would have expected this item to work for longer than a few months. I would not recommend this item.
