Great filleting knife. Good value.

This basic knife is both sharp and flexible. I have much more expensive knives that argot as good as this one. Good grip albeit chunky for small hands. Hygienic, dishwasher proof and easy to maintain an edge with a sharpening steel

Overall that is a good purchase but personally I feel that blade should be little stronger.

Great knife

This knife is good value for money. It’s very flexible which is what I was looking for. You will need to gently hone it quite regularly to keep a perfect sharp edge such is the nature of this kind of blade.

Beautifully sharp out of the box, holds its edge pretty well! It's well worth its price, a must-buy!

This is a very good fish filleting knife in my opinion especially for domestic use. There is just the right amount of flexibility in the blade the handle is large and comfortable and the length of the blade is all you will need for trout ,bass ,herring ,mackerel. But contrary to most reviewers the blade was far from sharp and I had to sharpen it before I could start filleting. This apart , for the price and for what it is I would recommend it

A very sharp knife. Hence 5 stars. Whether it would have been 5 stars in a few months regarding sharpness? Who knows., time will tell.
