Why did you pick this product vs others?:I read the reviews and decided to try this back stretcher and am so glad I did. It is comfortable to use and I found immediate relief for my lower back. I have tight muscles and do a good amount of stretching but this is the one extra step that has really made a difference.

I bought this back stretcher to ease pain in my lower back, to make it easier to stretch my spine and increase flexibility in my spine, try to help with my horrible posture , and try to help with my spinal alignment. I like that it has 3 levels. So far I am only using it on the 1st level. As soon as I lay on it, I can feel my spine stretching. It was a little uncomfortable at first, but now it feels good on my back. I have a little bit of a hard time when I lay on the floor with it, as my dog wants to join me and lay on me. But I definitely do feel better after I've stretched my back on it. I'm a CNA whose on their feet all day, doing some lifting, and I feel like it makes a difference with my back. I'm going to try to use it more often. It's definitely sturdy. I feel as if it's well made. So far I'm happy with my purchase.

My boyfriend and I use it all the time. Definitely helps crack parts of the back I’m not able to get when stretching when my back is hurting. It’s very comfortable and supportive. Switches levels to help support the type of arch you need.

A hard piece of plastic on a sore back. I tried it a couple times and so did my other half and he said the same thing it’s not comfortable no matter where you put it.. it now sits on my patio and the cats rub up against it so it had a different function

Very easy to assemble and helps with back pain. I always hear some cracks in my spine as it stretches over the apparatus. I use it once a day for about 2 minutes and it improves my posture and flexibility. Great value for the money.
