We us Atlanta airport and I’ve had noted in luggage on domestic flights saying they checked my luggage. I thought that was strange. So far no more notes and I feel like it won’t happen again.

Amazon is rapidly declining......i paid for a new tsa luggage strap..... what i received was the luggage strap but it had obviously been open before as the packaging was torn and it didn't contain instructions although these straps are easy to figure out especially if you have used before.....but even after resetting combination it still didn't lock properly or at all......ive had brookstone straps before and never had a problem...... but to pay full price for a obviously used and returned product? Really? C'mon Amazon.....its time to let the pipe cool down......

Clumsy to use and not all that effective. It didn’t survive the return trip because I trashed it!

Not ready to replace a gently used older suitcase (pre-TSA era) and I didn't want the suitcase to become unlocked during baggage handling. Easy to fit with the ability to set your own 3 digit code. Worked well on an initial international trip. Brookstone products in the past seem to be durable so that was a plus.
