Such a great desk! Not only was it easy to build and the instructions were clear but the finished product looked even better than I imagined. This is a dupe for the West Elm Solstice desk that is $900 plus shipping. Great deal for the exact same style and clean look.

Instructions are extremely difficult to follow – – complete nightmare to assemble. Ended up giving up after 2 hours and barely getting past the first couple of steps.The instruction booklet is 30 pages long, and has vague pictures without any detailed verbal instructions on how each step should be completed.It would be easier to start with raw wood and nails, and put this together from scratch.

The media could not be loaded. Have to be willing to take the risk on items possibly being damaged through shipping. There is some minor damage on the back corner but I was able to patch it up.My boyfriend ended up putting it together for me. He said I would have had a difficult time to put it together.I personally think it’s a little overpriced for the quality, but ended up really enjoying it.
