just bought one of these and after fully charged, it it still doesn't feel like it has enough power, is this normal?

I feel exactly the same!! I'mthinking of sending it back because its SO quiet and feels not at all powerfull as if the battery is running out but perhaps this is normal? Does it cut ok? The blades look to be moving very fast

Great question! They're actually not different from another. The MG7710 however has been discontinued and replaced by the MG7735 multi groomer. Probably due to a small unnoticeable change - as the specifcations are exactly the same. Cheers, Remco.
