Strong glue
I fixed my son's plastic toys with this and worked well. Since it is transparent it won't leave a mark on toys or any other item. Strong adhesion on plastic items. Thanks Amazon.

Does what it says it will do
Effectively stuck Velcro to vinyl. Will have to wait and see how the flexibility is after a period of time
