These pills taste it very good very much like cranberry. I did not have any side effects and actually it helped me get rid of a UTI. They are very easy to swallow and their size is a reasonable size. And it also appears that they were made with good quality ingredients. This is about my second or third bottle.

Ever since my mother had to take a prescription antibiotic to treat a severely painful UTI that caused her to urinate blood, she has been taking Nature’s Way Cranberry Fruit Supplement to prevent recurrence. Occasionally, she still experiences mild symptoms of an UTI and pairs this cranberry supplement with NOW Supplements, Certified Non-GMO, D-Mannose 500 mg, 120 Veg Capsules which is a naturally occurring simple sugar that her body utilizes to help cleanse her urinary tract and maintain a healthy bladder lining. D-mannose is metabolized only in small amounts, with excess amounts rapidly excreted in urine, so it won’t interfere with her healthy blood sugar levels. My mom takes both this cranberry supplement and D-mannose for a week to treat her mild UTI symptoms. If her mild UTI symptoms have not subsided or have strengthened, she takes Nature's Answer UT Answer Cranberry Flavor, 4-Fluid Ounces which is a fast acting concentrated 3 day regimen of taking a liquid formula of super concentrated cranberry, D-Mannose, vitamin C, ginger, amla fruit and capsicum fruit. The Nature's Answer UT Answer 3-day regimen recommends a single serving (one tablespoon of the liquid) be taken as the following: Day One - 4 servings (My mom takes one tablespoon every six hours.) Seems to be the real thing. I have had mild acid reflux, and had to use antacids a few times a day for years. I read a clinical research article that was inconclusive saying more research was needed but that some people with acid reflux had experienced a reduction of symptoms from taking cranberry supplements with the idea being their gut biome was off kilter and the cranberry may help reduce the bad bugs. So I gave it a try. I took 1 tablet a day for a week all food/other things the same minus the antacids and now I rarely (maybe 1x month) need an antacid. So apparently I am one of the lucky ones. For a few months now I just take one cranberry supplement a month and it seems to work. Definitely beneficial and good quality!

I've relied on this product, for years. I'd rather take capsules than drink cranberry juice; (even the no-sugar-added cranberry juice).

I used to get frequent UTIs - my PCP suggested taking cranberry pills. Since that time, nearly 30 years ago, I have only had 1 UTI, so clearly these pills work for me. I trust this brand, and the capsules are easy to swallow.

Cranberry is one of the few, or perhaps still only, supplement that has legitimate science findings backing its efficacy to combat UTIs. So I've taken these for years anytime I feel even a hint of twinge when I pea. These are veggie caps so good for vegans. Though I don't know if the veggie cap is made of GM yellow dent so on that front I proceed with a *don't ask don't tell*. This is a good product and lasts a long time so it's worth the investment
