I'm a truck driver and this product works great for having vegetables in my soups. Very easy to use and keeps well, came packaged well and a great addition to my truck pantry.

It is easy to use and it elevates the common noodle soup. My husband likes it and it makes it easy to include vegetables in your diet. I can recommend this product

These dried vegetables came to life as I added noodles to boiling water. These and my ramyen noodles cooked nicely together. I like that this product is in a plastic jar rather than a bag or pouch.The negatives are that 1.These are imported from China. Why can't a domestic produce company make something like this? I will return to using fresh vegetables when this jar is finished; 2. It's half carrots.I won't buy it again.

Great in noodles and soups, rehydrate very well and adds good flavor to what ever you put them in.

Bought these for my college son who loves ramen. He said it tastes ok but you really have to boil these a long time to make them soft. We were both expecting these could be sprinkled in and cook in the same amount of time as the noodles. He did not use much of the pretty big container because hard vegetables don’t taste very good. The price for these was good and the appearance looked good but this was a miss for us.

I bought this when I bought some ramen, so I could add veggies to my soup. It was really easy to use and the size and color of the veggies were really nice. Good quality and value for the money... what more could I want?

Tastes really awful. But then, this is the first time I have bought dehydrated vegetables. Cooks fine, it was sealed when I got it, none of the other single star reviews were my issues. Just the taste... Blech.
