Worked well for us , as an emergency over Christmas. It has now been sent to someone who really needs it. One side of the unit gets hot enough to boil food, and the other side gets hot enough to keep food hot, good for simmering. If I need to buy something like this again , I won’t hesitate to buy one of these again.

Completely agree with all the LOW rated reviews. Everything THEY say I found to be true. It didn’t heat up enough to cook anything. Repeatedly switched itself off. A waste of money and a waste of time. It is being returned but it still takes time to get a refund.

Works fine can feel slow to bring a pot to the boil.

It's very slow. It took nearly 10 minutes to cook a steak rare. Not impressed.

I bought this from argos last year it broke so I decided to buy from this shop.very good quality saves me money I can cook stew,steamed meat,steamed rice even fried fish and meat the gadget beats the Argos one ,heats up quickly compared to my old one I'm glad I purchased, delivery was quick,thanks new csjtoemt

This hob is unable to boil water, or even brown diced chicken. It feels like you put a lighter under the pan. I don't think it should be this bad.
