I liked the gummies and they were easy to have on the go. A high dose at 4000mg. I do think lions mane is really helpful for concentration. I use it when I have a big phd project and it definitely helps me focus

I’ve been taking Lions Mane now for 3 months and the results are fantastic. I’m more focused, the fog brain is gone, I’m feeling more energised. I’m very happy with this product, it was recommended to me and I’m planning on using it again (I’ve got the subscription for it).
