Great laptop, with some minor caviates.
Pros: -Good build quality. -Actually comes with phase change material. Probably PTM7950 by Honeywell. ( I opened it up to check) -Great cooling, the CPU doesn't run hot at all, GPU also stays cool. Fans are fairly quiet under load. -Single core performance is great. So is multicore for a 12 cores processor, while the effecinecy is insane, so no worries about CPU bottleneck with the RTX 4070. -The iGPU (890M) is fast, it's fast enough to play games. -Battery life is extremely good for a gaming laptop due to the chipset. -Display is quite decent, though not as good as on the G16 or Lenovo Legion 7 Pro. -Decent Keyboard. -The laptop's design is subtle enough and not too gamery but still beautiful. Cons: -Laptop is very sluggish at first, due to all the Asus bloatware. You have to uninstall armoury crate and all the unnecessary Asus software and install G Helper, will make boot times faster too. After it's done updating all the Windows stuff and it's bloatware free it's snappy. -Expensive, the R9 370hx is a bit overpriced in my opinion. This exact laptop with a 7940hx which is a 16 cores part costs 300$ less, and is not that much slower in single thread. -Speakers aren't that great -They should've made a white and an all black versions, I don't really like the greyish color. -Couldve used better materials for a 1600$ laptop.

Nice laptop, but technical trouble started within 5 days.
The Laptop looked great on arrival, but it became unresponsive (unable to even access BIOS) by the 5th day. So, I had to ship it to ASUS tech support. I'm waiting for a response on that. This is likely not the seller's fault, but it does affect my shopping experience negatively. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

Performs as expected
Performs well, no issues with it. Battery life is good enough. Bloatware is not too bad.

Good specs, faulty wifi card issues
This laptop has some good features, however the build quality wasn't all that great in my opinion. This particular laptop I received suffered from the bad or faulty wifi card Asus has issues with at times. Every other piece of tech in my household was connected fine, however this laptop in the matter of having it for 2 days, dropped internet connection constantly or would just flat out not connect. It also was getting 100kb/s download speeds while another device was at 10+ mb/s. Disappointing to say the least. I returned this and will be looking for other options. 0/2 on my Asus laptop experiences.

Don't get a Zephyrus, get the TUF A16 Instead
So I am coming from a Microsoft Surface Pro 7, so take this all with that grain of salt. The computer has been amazing so far. Fast and responsive, I usually run in my home office, connected to a 4K display, and using the HDMI port, it has been running flawlessly at 4K. When I take the A16 out, it automatically switches for efficiency, and I have never had to worry about running out of battery. Games I play WoW Classic and Witcher III, will be trying some other games further down the road.

Would not recommend!
Works. But I haven't had it a full year yet & I have to restart it to adjust brightness. Its starting to have hardrive issues. I have had so many other issues. It also shuts down randomly. I wouldn't recommend this laptop to literally anyone ever. Especially for the price? Like I shouldn't be having any issues for almost $2,000 in less than a year. All of these issues started occurring after only maybe 5-6 months of owning it.
