These are hands down the best great tasting protein bars with awesome macros. Like many people I had tried Kind bars (protein plus series), these vere wery tasty but ridiculously small for the price. I then tried Quest which had more protein, were bigger but the taste and texture was not that great. I had tried several other bars but was not completely satisfied. But then I stumbled upon muscle pharm bars while searching amazon. Decided to take a risk of buying an entire box of chocolate chip cookie dough. When I tasted them I seriously thought to myself "where have you been all my life???!!!". The bars are of generous size, gave 20 g of protein, little sugar and a whole lof of fiber. But the taste... it does taste like you are having a cheat meal! So far I had gone through 2 boxes of chocolate chip cookie dough, 1 box of peanut butter chocolate. I had just ordered another box of chocolate chip cookie dough but amazon accidentally sent me cinnamon twist. I decided just to keep them. Thankfully!!! This just became my ultimate favorite. If I had to rank them in a specific order it would go like this: • Cinnamon twist- 10/10, it has a white chocolate covering and very strong smell of cinnamon • Chocolate chip cookie dough- 9/10, this one is covered in dark chocolate, very tasty • Peanut Butter Chocolate- 9/10, just like chocolate cookie dough it is covered in dark chocolate. Still very good, good to change up the flavors so you dont become sick and tired of the same thing. I will update my review if I try any other flavors.

I have been buying Quest bars for about a year now, and am growing a little tired of them. As a chocoholic who is on a weight loss diet, I have only 2 Quest flavors that I'm happy with. Most of them have a funny after taste. I found this brand on Amazon, and they looked really good. I saw some negative reviews but decided to try them anyway. I am so glad I did! These are like eating a candy bar.... a not overly sweet candy bar. I have no idea why people complain about the texture with them being too chewey, i think they're amazing. There is no funny after taste from artificial sweeteners. I feel like I am cheating on my diet eating these! If you like the 100 Grand candy bar by Nestle, these are very close in texture, just not as sweet. For those on Weight Watchers, this particular flavor comes out to 6 points per bar. With a cup of coffee and a piece of fresh fruit it makes a great breakfast that sticks with you a few hours thanks to the 20 grams of protein and the fiber. I also bought the chocolate peanut butter flavor, but have yet to try them as of writing this review. It's safe to say that I have a new go to protein bar. 👍

Ok, so I read through all of the reviews on this protein bar .... "best protein bar EEEEEVVVVVEEEERRRRR", "I crave these" and "tastes like a candy bar". Now time for reality. I am 40 and have eaten a few protein bars over the years. That does not make me an expert, but it does give me a few points of reference. Is this a good tasting protein bar, sure. The key words there is protein bar. This is not a candy bar and it is not the best protein bar I have ever eaten. The majority of people will not crave these unless they are on an extremely restricted diet. You still get the protein bar after taste with these just like most other bars. The flavor was fairly bland for a peanut butter type bar though, which was a let down. Peanut butter is usually a pretty strong flavor. Would I buy these again, possibly. Many of the reviews in my opinion over hyped this product, so just be aware of that fact. Update: I have added one star. After buying another box of peanut butter and trying the cinnamon twist I have increased my rating. I have not noticed the standard protein bar after taste as I had earlier which is a good thing. They are still unmistakably protein bars, however you won't feel like your sacrificing when you eat them. Overall, one of the better bars out their for flavor and texture.

Update 9.28.2027: I had to remove all the stars due to this gross and drastic change in bar formula/recipe that has aparently happened. I was such a fan of these bars and was ordering them from amazon every other week because they were fresher and gewier than buying from GNC and i was indulging in them daily, sometimes twice. They were out of stock for a few weeks end of this summer, then when they finally came back in stock, it took way longer than usual to arrive despite shipping with prime, as usual. When it finally arrived, a week late, it came packaged and tasting completely different. Not just the flavor, they also changed whatever they use to make the crunch too. Now it has such a poor and undesirable texture, its no longer bursting into chunks of yummy gewy chocolate like before. I liked so many flavors but the chocolate chip cookie dough was my favorite. I used to highly recommend these bars to everyone. I cant beleive you can change a product so drastically and still market it as the same thing as if nothing happened. Its so ruined now. Such a huge difference from the review I left before. Would give so much to get the old bars back. Best protein bars, yummy and reliable for macros I had to log on and share a review because I just bit into what seems to be an upgraded version of the chocolate chip cookie dough flavour, which now has actual chunks of chocolate throughout the nougat, not just on the outside as it had been before and it was amazingly indulgent and delicious. I have been ordering these for over a year now to help maintain my macros and theyre great for when you are on the go and still need to hit your numbers without packing so many things and weighing them etc. Just throw one in my purse, nice and small, and im ready to socialize without the threat of temptation or hunger - these bars are lifesavers (these are especially clutch during ski trips!!). I have 2 a day: one white raspberry (after the gym), the other chocolate chip (latenight snack after dinner) which allows me flexibility to replace them with other things if needed. When I get a fresh batch, the texture is such an enjoyable combination of crunch and chewy. Very fulfilling because of all that fiber and such great flavor, none of that nasty chemical after taste that some other protein bars can have (cough...quest...cough) - these are such a treat that I look forward to daily. The combat bars are the best of the protein bars I have tried, almost all of their flavors were great (Chocolate cake and chocolate coconut are good. I did not enjoy birthday cake or cookies and cream) but the 2 I mentioned before are my fave (Choc chip cookie dough and White Choc Raspberry) I am careful to order only from "Amazon.com" on the sellers list because I have placed amazon orders for batches of these bars fulfilled by other sellers before and they were horribly stale and stiff, even though they were well within the expiration date and it greatly changes the taste and enjoyment. I had 2 just throw half of my last box out because I couldn't suffer through those gross rock hard bars anymore, and I was careful to never purchase from that seller again. So thats just my tip for trying to get the freshest bars because it seems that it varies greatly depending on the seller and how they are storing them.

Best Protein Bars Ever! I have tried a lot of protein bars and so far this is the best!

This solves the purpose. I can carry it anywhere. I take it when I am unable to take a protein rich diet. When I got it was a bit melted probably because of the heat but in two days it become normal. Not super tasty but is better then some of the protein bars that I have had.

This has to be the best protein bar of the 100’s I have tried over the years, the texture is perfect, not too dry, not too chewy, and finally a bar that doesn’t overwhelm you with a ton of sweetener. The taste is amazing, it’s hard to believe you are eating a protein bar and not a piece of candy.

Las compre para un viaje que tendría y me pareció un excelente snack, tienen un muy buen sabor y textura a diferencia de otras barras de proetína, aunque el precio no es tan accesible creo que vale mucho la pena.
