The drone stopped working properly the first day I tested it: one of the motors began to fail. I contacted customer service, and the experience was excellent. They responded to emails promptly, asked for more details, and I sent a video showing the issue. They quickly shipped me a replacement drone, which arrived promptly and works well.I updated my review and rating to 5 stars to reflect how well the brand stands behind its product. Great customer support made a big difference.As for the drone itself: it’s small and very light. This makes it easy to carry around in a backpack, on a bike, etc., but it does mean it struggles to stay stable in windy conditions. That’s a trade-off to consider.Would I buy it again? Yes. It’s a great entry-level drone for learning how to navigate. If you enjoy it and want more features later, you can always upgrade to a heavier, more advanced model.

Very disappointed in the quality of the drone. This was a gift I had given to a family friend child and unfortunately the drone stopped flying after few times. Horrible quality

Amazing drone camera is worst than expected but do able and I am not sure what caused this but might be the remote battery or drones battery but responded a little late when I got done flying it

It’s a nice compact design with a good set of features. It comes with replacement propellers so if you’re a little rough with it you can replace it easily. The app interface is kind of basic, but it does what it needs to do.The only issue I have with it is I don’t see a way to expand the controller, so a bigger phone isn’t able to be placed in the cradle.Other than that my kids enjoy flying it and the camera quality is good as well. I haven’t had to run it in wind yet, so I don’t know how it handles windy situations. With how light weight it is I see that being an issue tho.Also comes with 2 batteries, so it is easy to just swap and have it keep flying while you charge one and get it ready.

I bought this as my first Drone to learn how to fly it. Played with it in the house to get use to how it operated. Crashed into many items. Wife yelled many times. Now I play with it outside until either the drone battery or the controller battery dies. Needs recharging often.

Very bad drone, yea it's cheap but still not worth it. Control doesn't hold charge. The app doesn't work. And drone battery last like 5 mins. Not worth it

Drone works great and a second battery was a great option! It's easy to operate and has given my kids hours of fun for a great price.The problem comes from the camera capability and inability to link the drone to the app. I have yet to be able to do so.With that in mind. The drone while a great option only has half functionality, and thus should be cheaper. Overall good. But should either be cheaper or work as described.
