Great for mere nasal past clear.
This nasal irrigation system really cleans out my sinus you can actually see the junk coming out of my nasal passages. It's easy to use and a drug free way of keeping your nasal passages clear. It has four suction levels so great for beginners.

Works well
This nasal irrigation system works ok. I felt like the set up is kind of complex. I guess it depends on your needs. This only has the hose that needs to be held to your nose to use, so if you have strength issues or are unable to hold a different style that requires you to hold the bottle or device up to your nose then I could see this one being easier to use. However, it did feel like it took up more space and was a bit bulky. When you remove the top to fill the canister, there's a small hose that is connected to the top part to suck up the water, so you can't just set the top part on the counter. I do like that it turns on while you hold the button and stops when you let go and that you can adjust the pressure. Also, I'm pleased that it came with a good amount of saline packets and doesn't need special pods to use. And it's easy to clean or rinse out after use.

WORKED GREAT ONCE!
At first I thought this was a decent device but the second time I filled it with purified water and one saline packet, I pushed the power button and nothing happened. I then plugged it in and let it charge for about one hour and still nothing. I have terrible allergies so I’m sad that this machine didn’t last but 5 minutes. I returned it to Amazon and when I get my refund I will buy a different brand machine that is higher quality. I recommend that anyone shopping for a nasal cleaning machine to buy something different. The simple squeeze bottle method may make a bit of a mess but just do it outside or over a trash barrel and it does the same thing as a 100 dollar machine only better because they work every time.

Electric Nasal Irrigation System Sinus Rinse Machine
It's just described, but I will say I'm own a Navage nasal system as well. Now I do think the navage is the Superior item but DeepCozy could make this a great product w/ some tweaks. I do like being able to adjust the suction levels that's a plus. I do not like that you have to hold the button while operating. Also I do not like the shape of the basin, the way it's shaped causes the waste water to not go out of the basin correctly. But other than a honest attempt at the product

FANTASTIC :~)
Some years ago I built a Nasal Irrigation System from a old food sealer vacuum pump and an mason jar, it worked better than any Nettie pot style I had tried. Then I saw the hand held version being sold on TV, I simply didn't want to hold a device up to my face for 5min at a time so I refrained from buying one. Then I saw THIS Nasal Irrigation System, I don't have to hold it, it just sits on the table, two pumps working in unison to not only push the saline solution into the nasal cavity but to also pull it through and into the "dirty" side of the tank. This works much better than the one I built and is SO easy to use and clean.Highly recommend this Nasal Irrigation System

Awkward
I haven’t found my “ groove “ in working with this yet. I just find it awkward and bulky and it makes just as much mess as a traditional squeeze bottle. I guess the suction and power of it is a bit more effective, but I find it uncomfortable. This bulky machine has to be charged and it is yet another thing to store/ find room for. I was hoping this would be a “game changer “ but I don’t find it that much of a benefit to me and it is more of a hassle.

Not Happy
55 women with sinus issues most my life. Wished I wouldn’t have gotten this. I should have put my money into the Navage. This is very out dated and I didn’t work. I waited to long to use it and could return it, so a loss I really could afford.

Excellent dual pump design
I received this as a gift from my wife and it's dual pump design makes the whole irrigation process very smooth, one pump will push the solution preferentially into the nasal cavity and the other pump will then suck them out of the other nasal cavity, this ensures that the water that goes in doesn't get pumped up into the ear canal or elsewhere unlike other machines that have a separate pump that can wash the water out of the ear, which is very painful. The salt packs that come with it have perfect hp levels, while this brand is available on Amazon and is highly recommended.
