This was so yummy. It gave my Ramen extra flavor. The texture was great. The price for how much you get is worth it. I put a cup of the mix in with the soup and still have a ton left. There is a light smell of veggies so that is nice. Hubby and I want to try all the other flavors.

Ramen Bae has come out with a variety of packaged, dried toppings (intended for ramen, but can be used in many dishes.) Add a tablespoon or two (or as much as you like) to your noodles and boil as usual. They add a flavorful (and nutritional) component. They can turn a snack into a meal. This variety consists of only vegetables, but Ramen Bae offers several varieties, including beef, shrimp and mixed medleys. A bit expensive, but a worthwhile investment as it elevates your ramen dining experience.

ohmygosh, this makes the basic pad of 3 minute ramen perfect. Soft and subtle tasting of mushroom, corn, carrot, bok choy, green onion and garlic. Just delicious. I put 2 heaping TBSP for 2 packages of ramen and it was exactly right. I'll definitely buy it again!

This is a delicious addition to any basic ramen package. My son, who is 10, loves this because of the plentiful chunks of tofu. There is a lot of variety in the vegetables, and it works great as an enhancer to any lunch! Will definitely be purchasing more when I run out!

These toppings are delicious on soup and salads. They are crunchy and add flavor to whatever dish you sprinkle them on. They rehydrate in about two minutes.
