I have heart issues and saw ads for COQ10, so I randomly picked these as they also have Magnesium, Zinc, etc. To be honest, I have no idea if they are doing anything but they taste like eating brown dried grass. Funny, I disliked them so bad I stopped taking them despite the potential benefits. Maybe it's just me, and I have not yet tried others to judge their taste.
