Product is good received damaged piece

The container is very flimsy and keeps breaking at the neck. So far have bought more than 15 and each one of them have broken at the top, making the lip balm unusable. The container is made from very cheap brittle plastic that cracks and breaks, on every single one I have bought. If you don't belive, carry one in your pocket and use every day and you will see. The product itself is very good. I have subscribed for regular deliveries but will cancel now. What's the use in making a good product if it cannot be used at all. I was a forever user of Neutrogena lip balm until they decided to stop manufacturing. Tried multiple international and domestic brands until I found this one. Have used it every day since then but now will have to look for some other brand. Hope the manufacturer fixes this issue or will be sad to see a truly good product lose customers for the brand. A 5INR container will lose you guys a repeat customer for life. Shame on that.

Bought for the first time lets see but the condition was good and it has nice odor.

Roll up function is faulty. Unable to use 70% of product due to this issue.
