Very very worst product... Not working.... Very worst.... Don't buy this product.... It have a whats app number i have contacted then they said call our number 11 to 7 timing.... But the didn't pick the call.... May be its a scam..... Why amazon allowed this type of sellers as a partner.... Worst customer care..... I not recommend this product..... There is a issue in returning..... Is this amazon's problem or dealer problem..... Worst

The quality of the remote is quite good, it connects with the TV immediately and doesn’t lag, button functionality is good. Value for money.

It’s a cheat. The remote doesn’t work properly from the beginning. When we called after buying they told the button takes sometime to season. Now it’s stopped working. Don’t buy this product at all

Updating my earlier review.Product material quality wise it is good but function wise it is okay. Setup is simple. But one has to press the buttons really hard sometime for it to work properly. Netflix and Prime buttons are useless. Prime button does not do anything and Netflix button starts the Television channels. Mic works well. And make sure the battery is in prime condition otherwise it stops working.
