The YUDODO Pet Sling Carrier has been absolutely perfect for our miniature dachshund puppy. I also love the large zippered pocket, it fits treats, waste bags, my phone, and keys with no problem. He settles right in and often falls asleep while we’re walking or shopping. If you have a small dog, especially a tiny dachshund puppy, this carrier is a game changer. Comfortable, convenient, and very well made. Highly recommended!

I needed a bag for my chihuahua who has some mobility issues. She cannot take really long walks, her back legs can't handle it. I saw this bag and said what the heck, it's reasonably priced. Here is the breakdown... Warning--- I have 4 dogs, who are all under 25 lbs. Pros It works- she rides in it well. Easy to get her in and out (mostly, see later notes). I got the bigger one and that's ok because I needed to carry one of my other dogs one day and he fit (sort of) as well. I also had another dog recovering from a spay that needed walk restrictions and she rode in it smoothly. You can put a towel or blanket in if needed. Rides decent- it is on your chest/ belly area. Does bounce a little but stay there. (see other notes) Affordable- for the price, its easier than making your own. Cons Ride quality- there is no stabilizer strap across your middle so it bounces and swings out when you lean. I have to bend over to pick up poop 4 times during our walks so this can be a bother. Adjustability- This is really a bad point. There is very little adjustability. The one point lets you shorten the strap a little. I find myself hiking this thing up higher on my chest regularly even with my 9 lb dog. Dog retention- there is this weird, for lack of a better term, choker string that has a barrel adjuster on the neck area. It is inconvenient and for us, not needed. It gets in the way of loading/unloading. Breathability- it gets darn hot in there in the summer heat, I just carried her, winter should be fine. Storage- Hahahahaha!!! Unless you have a Nokia flip phone from the 80's there is no storage! There is a tiny mesh pocket on the strap. That's it! If I am going for a long walk with my guys (1.5 hours) I have to put on a backpack with water bottle and bowl. Then put the dog carry bag on. I barely can fit 4 dog harnesses and their 6 foot leads in this thing. As with any purchase, this is based on your needs. If you have a mobility challenged pet, you guys don't walk very far or you are ok with carrying him/her a lot, then you can use this bag. If you carry your phone, wallet and keys with you when you walk you should use some other sort of bag in addition to this one. In a rainstorm I was able to put part of my coat over her but this bag is not waterproof at all and I would not trust it to hold electronics. Though I guess if you have room you could put it under your dog in a ziploc wrapped in a towel? For a relatively cheap solution, for a very specific situation, this bag does work. Do your research and get out there with your pup!

Oh my gosh the best carrier EVER!! Because of the harder bottom the puppy feels so secure and can pull herself in and out of it up to her neck or just cuddle down at the bottom. There are several mechanisms to strap her in and keep her from jumping out but man it’s like a dog den, they adore it and don’t want to get out. Oh and getting them in and out is a breeze!! I am so so impressed!!

The design itself is nice. The problem you notice first is the materials used. They may be ok for a plush toy, but I have a puppy with enough energy to power a home or two. If I left the bag as I got it, Ridley would have surely ripped a hole she could fall through in the bag just moving normally. So it NEEDS to be upgraded. It's not difficult nor expensive it just takes some time and needs to be done or your new bag is about as strong as a reusable plastic bag from Ralphs. First thing I did was go over the seams with upolstery thread I got at Joann's. Every seam, front to back. Double threaded and finished with fabric glue. The strap kept sliding with Ridley's 10lbs pulling on it so I found a comfortable spot then stitched it in place. Next came the tether and the hook and loop tabs over the zipper. I removed both pieces and replaced them with a high quality version from Velcro®. I left the tether for now but reinforced it's attachment points with double thread and fabric glue. The junction of the bag itself and the strap is also very flimsy. Over stitching wasn't going to be enough so I had some 3" wide stretchy material and attached it to the strap and the bag with double thread and finished with the same flexible fabric glue. I left the middle open to add some give and flexibility as well as support. These are the basic mods turning a flimsy bag into a bag that I would trust to hold my puppy. V2 modifications add insulation (Insul-Brite) and a fleece lining as well as a rigid floor and back wall made of Coroplast held together with zip ties to give my dog a solid surface to stand on while inside. I love this bag if we need to go somewhere quickly as normal backpack carriers are so bulky. My cat is even able to turn around in the bag if he wants. There's also a clip inside you can attach to a harness so your pet stays secure and won't jump out. There is also a velcro strap that stops the zipper from sliding down which is a great safety detail as well. The fabric is high quality and breathable, and I like how there are pockets to store treats and other small necessities. It makes taking my cat out on walks really easy so he can get his regular dose of enrichment while being an indoor cat!

Ich bin wirklich sauer. Die Tasche ist in S viel zu klein für einen Chihuahua 3 kg und eine Rücksendung nur für 26,90 € plus Zoll möglich. Da kann man nur hoffen, dass die Ware auch angenommen wird, sonst fallen für die Rücksendung wieder Kosten an. UND als die Ware kam waren auch 12,40 € Zoll zu bezahlen! Da ich im Nachhinein die Tasche bei Ebay für 15 € werde ich wohl auf meinen 65 € + 12,40 € Zoll sitzen bleiben.
