Quality burlap cloth
I needed a good quality burlap to cover my roses for the winter and not the cheap flimsy burlap that is thin and porous. This burlap was close knit and thicker and will protect my roses from the cold winter wind and snow. I made 5 large bags out of this material that will fit over the cages to cover my roses.

Great for weed protection
This is my go-to weed barrier for the garden from now on! I've been ordering normal plastic weed barrier but every time we mow our lawn, it gets hit and pieces fly off. I needed something biodegradable, and this was perfect. It's thin and the weave is wider, so if you want to really stop weeds, you'll need to fold it in half or you'll need to partner with some cardboard. The one missing star is that this has an incredibly oily smell and feel to it when you open the bag. It was so intense I had to move it outside immediately and could continue to smell it in the house for a while after. The smell (and the oily feel) persisted on my fingers.

thick and heavy
I attached this to tall tree rings made out of welded wire fence to cut down on wind damage. I used jute twine to sew it to teh cage. Works great.

Perfect!
I was looking for some good quality burlap that was big enough for my outdoor project and this was it! We wrap our water fountain in the winter and cover it with greenery and lights. It looks just like a Christmas tree! I wanted burlap to wrap around the bottom so that it looked like it was in a pot and this will be great. As soon as we get it all put together for this winter I promise to come back and post a picture. It really is a cool idea for putting your fountain away for the winter months!

Decent Burlap Fabric - Comes Folded
This exactly what I expected! I would describe this a run-of-the-mill piece of burlap. It is approximately 40 inches by 15 feet long. This comes folded in a rectangle about 16 inches by 12 inches. The creases from being folded fall out pretty quickly, especially if you drench it with water and hang it to dry. It smells just like burlap (no more, no less). It is fairly linty, with small stray pieces of fibers here and there (as I expected). Because of the fine lint and fibers that fall off it when unfolding, I recommend opening this outside. This also makes rinsing the burlap a valid idea for most applications. It is crisply trimmed, but you can expect fraying if you don't hem the edges. I think this is a valid burlap fabric option for most craft projects!

Burlap has multiple uses.
This product can be used for multiple utility applications around the house such as wrapping trees & shrubbery or bushes from winter weather. As shown in photo, it has a nice tight weave. Additionally it can be used for various crafting and artwork. Very handy, versatile product to have around.

Nice burlap, fairly heavy - better than the craft store stuff but very solvent stinky
We’ve got some cactuses and shrubs we are trying to protect from sunburn while they get established, and this is just the thing! It’s a heavier burlap than I’ve seen in the craft stores and seems well made. One thing to look out for - when first taking it out of the package it has a VERY strong solvent smell. It is wild how much it stinks. I left it in our hot garage for 4 days and the smell has mostly disappeared and it just smells like burlap. If you don’t have a good place to air it out away from people, don’t buy it!Otherwise I’m quite happy with it, a little expensive but very functional.
