Great exercise while watching TV.
I am not allowed to run and have no room for a treatmill. This machine can be used sitting watching TV or at a desk. Great exercise for strengthening my weak knees. Runs quietly.

"After sales service was excellent"
Excellent communication and fast delivery too. The right pedal was making noise and as I live in a first floor council bedroom flat I didn't wish to upset the neighbours living beside me. I suggested a replacement right pedal which wasn't available at the time. Things happen and apart fro that it is sn Excellent pedal exerciser and whisper quiet. My Rating: 9/10 Eugene

Great for watching telly and exercising.
Far smaller than running machines and sits in front of chair. This enables you to exercise whilst watching telly.

Easy to put together.
Easy to put together and sturdy...not used it yet so will update my review at a later date. Didn't give 5 stars as tension band for arms not included in box.

Great product
Cured my swollen ankles due to me having to sit at my desk for long periods of time.

Purchased this as a gift for my mom. She picked it out and really wanted something easy to use. She has several medical conditions and this allows her to sit on any chair, couch, etc and still get a leg workout in. She also has added resistance bands into her routine. Works very well. Great little elliptical machine. Would be great for office workers as well.

As someone who works from home and frequently attends meetings, I often experience ankle and foot swelling, particularly during warmer months. I was thrilled to try the auto glide as an alternative to spending long hours at my standing desk. The auto glide has a convenient handle for easy lifting and movement around the house. No assembly is required. My remote control came with a battery, which is not the standard household battery. It feels sturdy and stable, with smooth operation in both auto and manual modes. It’s surprisingly quiet too! The unit is compact enough to fit comfortably under my desk. I initially bought it for work, but I’ll likely use it in the living room while watching TV, as my desk chair’s wheels don’t lock, making it a challenge. The auto glide offers both auto-pedal and manual modes. In auto-pedal mode, the unit can perform most of the work for you. This mode requires minimal effort and can be beneficial for increasing circulation or aiding recovery and physical therapy after surgery. You can easily switch between forward and reverse pedaling using the remote control. The time can be adjusted from one to twenty minutes, and there are ten different speed settings. I recommend setting it to a midpoint speed, as speed one is quite slow. For a more intense workout, you can use the manual mode. With more vigorous pedaling or increased resistance, my unit moved slightly on my floors, both carpet and hardwood. I’ll likely need to find something to place underneath it to keep it in place. In manual mode, even with a slight resistance adjustment and a slightly reclined position, I could feel the muscle burn in my thighs. Additionally, my heart rate increased, indicating that I was getting a good workout!

Parts will need to be put together for machine. Box was very very heavy for me. It says it’s only 26 pounds but it certainly weighed a lot more than that. I could not carry this from room to room so this is something I don’t need will return and hope I get my money back.

Like so many of us, I haven't been active enough during the pandemic. I bought this in hopes that it would induce me to get the exercise I need. I've been using it for about a week, and I am thrilled! It gives me about the same exercise as a recumbent bike I previously owned. Pros: - sturdy - very easy to assemble, the only tool needed is included - whisper quiet (not silent, give up that dream) - display is easy to navigate and gives much data - if you have no trouble lifting 25 pounds, it's easy to move around - large and comfortable pedals - can be used barefoot or with socks and/or shoes (you will want shoes on if using it upright as a stepper) Cons - the display isn't lighted Additional info: You may not notice much difference in tension if you move it one notch at a time. However, you can very easily notice the difference if you go from level one to level eight. I use mine on commercial-grade carpet, and it doesn't slip around at all. If you use it on a wood or tile floor, you will probably want a mat. One stride is equivalent to one step, according to the pedometer I also use it with it. (I wear the pedometer all day to make sure I am getting my 10,000 steps in!) If your desk has a keyboard tray, this probably won't work under your desk. I most often use mine sitting on my couch, and have no trouble reading on my Kindle Fire while I do so. Also great for watching a movie. Unlike so many striders, there is no need to be fully upright.

This item works well to keep my legs active during the day. Sometimes I don't get up and walk as much as I should so this helps. I can tell that even sitting to use it, I am working leg muscles from calves to quads. I use the seated elliptical at my gym but I was skeptical about how much this would actually work my muscles. Now I'm a believer! I am, at this moment, using it and starting to sweat a little! It's on the lowest resistance level; there are 10 levels and level 10 WILL give you a workout for sure. I have used this while I've had a class in the room. The elliptical itself is very quiet; my students only know I'm pedaling because my chair squeaks and my body moves just a little. It's also a durable little machine; it has enough weight to stay put and let you push against the pedals. This will be a Godsend on days when I don't get to the gym because my kids have to stay late at school so I have to stay too. I love LifePro products. None have disappointed me in my quest for efficient health and fitness products.
