I’m absolutely obsessed with this coffee! No jitters just straight energy and it is a mood booster as well. The flavor is also very smooth. You’re definitely getting what you pay for great quality!

I love this coffee. It's not bitter and I combine it with coconut milk and the hazelnut creamer. It makes me tummy happy all morning! And, I just love the healthy lift! I also use it with a coffee press and it just makes the best coffee.

Very smooth medium-roast coffee but I prefer a stronger coffee flavor (I did not find a dark roast in this Bulletproof variety). Love the mushroom and B vitamin additions. This coffee is tested for mold toxins. It is advertised as high caffeine and I was pleased with it even though it was advertised as a medium roast. I think that is a fair price, especially if you use subscribe and save.

I was excited to try this coffee because of the added lion’s mane and the promise of extra focus, and it definitely delivers a solid caffeine kick. I felt more alert and clear-headed after drinking it, without any jittery crash later on. That said, the flavor is a bit earthy and bitter compared to regular coffee. I tried it black and with creamer, and while it’s drinkable, it’s not something I look forward to taste-wise. It also clumps slightly when brewing if I’m not careful. Overall, it’s decent if you’re focused on the functional benefits — but for taste alone, there are better options.

If you drink quickly, like you're running a little late, don't have a travel cup, and the temp is just right for slamming without scalding yourself, it tastes about like 24-hour diner coffee. If you've ever done a long road trip or worked multiple jobs while fueled by coffee from rest areas, gas stations, and diners, then gulping it down will taste and feel pretty familiar. On the other hand, if you try to savour it like a gourmand, the coffee flavour rapidly decays into something more akin to a chicory blend--though not as unpleasant. It's partly a chicory type flavour and partly that funk that tells you the coffee maker is overdue for cleaning--similar to the smell off the plastic parts in an old drip coffee maker. It's not awful, but it's not gourmet. The scent is similarly "coffee but blunted". Note: this is based on making a pot of pourover in a Chemex maker. It's probably muddier in a drip. I think part of the issue is that the lion's mane doesn't bring oils to the party, so the blend is a little short on them. Definitely a reason to consider trying adding butter or MCT/coconut oil. You won't be marring the flavour potential. If all you ever drink is work coffee, or coffee from a vending machine--this won't even register as something different as far as the drinking experience.
