I have tried multiple things for sleep such as melatonin, calm, sleepy time tea, & zzquil. They didn’t work. I got this and took it before bed. It has been remarkable! I fall asleep fairly quickly and am able to remain asleep. If I do wake up at some point majority of the time I’m able to fall right back to sleep. I’m on my 3rd or 4th bottle. Highly recommend it!

I’ve been taking this for 2 weeks and notice my sleep and mood have improved GREATLY!!!! I still wake up in the middle of the night, but I don’t have any trouble falling back asleep. 10 ⭐️🌟

Listen this is an excellent products. Help with cramps.And is better than doctor's prescriptions. Better to use in a drink but doesn't have a taste.

I started taking this for muscle cramps, anxiety and sleep, but I've gotten extra benefits. My hair and nails are growing much faster than they ever have. My hair is naturally very thin and never grows past a certain point. Since I've been taking this, it's thicker and longer than it's ever been in my life. My daughter tried it for a month and got the same results. I can't tell that it does much for our anxiety or sleep, but we keep it in stock for the hair and nails. The flavor is nice too. Doesn't have any oily, vitamin aftertaste.

This product tastes fine. I have only just taken my first dose. Normally I would wait to write a review. But the markings on the dropper are almost invisible. Not very well done. I have to use a magnifying app with a light on my phone while trying to get the correct amount in the dropper. Very awkward. The aftertaste isn’t good either. Not horrible so far, just not good. But I will come back in a few weeks to add to my review concerning how the actual products works. Or doesn’t work. Whichever the case may be. If it works as promised I will increase my star rating. But it won’t be 5 stars until the measurements on the dropper are addressed.
