All the balloons were popping as we were blowing them up we are so upset 😡

Proceed with caution
Several of the balloon are sealed closed and cannot be blown up. None of my black balloons could be blown up.

Worse balloons !
Out of all the balloons I may of got 20-25 majority black would open melted together . A lot popped (not due to me over blowing them up ) balloon quality sucks ! I’ll be seeking refund . Very disappointed. !!!
