I’ve been very pleased with the quality of this DTF ink — it produces vibrant, consistent prints and has always performed well for my projects. However, my most recent order was disappointing because the bottles and caps were defective. Even though I made sure the tops were tightly secured, the ink still leaked and spilled everywhere, causing me to lose a large amount of product. Considering how expensive this ink is, it was frustrating to waste so much due to faulty packaging. I truly love this ink and hope this issue can be resolved

I live in the Midwest. It's winter and my XP600 dual head printer absolutely HATES this ink. Way too runny for where we live! I'll stick with Procolored. EDIT: Updated from 1* to 3* because a Rep did contact me and made the situation better. I unfortunately still can't recommend this ink for Midwest printers in the cold winter months.
