I just started using this clothes steamer, and I’m really happy with it! It’s super easy to figure out—just add water, press the button, and it heats up fast. I purchased this after watching a YouTube reviewer I watch, unbox this as a promo product she got. She didn’t have anything bad to say on the video. So I went for it and bought it. Pros: none well ok, it’s light weight. Cons: welll…. You can’t just run the steam without the vacuum part going. If you do, the lint trap cover pops off 2 seconds in, AND it CONSTANTLY drips water. I mean really drips water, from the trigger button, like covered my floor to where I needed to put a towel down. I decided maybe I didn’t wait for it to heat up enough, and then I read that you need the vacuum portion running in order for you to use it and water not to leak. So I tried it that way. Nope. While it didn’t run while you were holding the trigger down this way, it didn’t start seeping out immensely once you let go of the trigger - you know, when you have to turn your garment around or move to the sleeves, or really anything, to where my floor was once again soaking wet and slip worthy and I was in need of a towel again. I was really disappointed since I paid $100 for this product. I will definitely be returning it for my money back.

This product works just as described. It is easy to fill up with water and clean. It heats up quickly and ready to use. It ironed the clothes with just one stroke. Light and small enough to take on the road. I definitely recommend this product

Not sure why I don’t see more reviews mentioning this but the steamer will not sit upright. It’s too top heavy, even with the water reservoir filled, to the point that it topples over if it’s out of your hands- hot plate face down. This is a huge design flaw to me that makes the product borderline unusable, but yes, it does a great job of steaming my garments.

I’m really into nice packaging so was pleased to open this up. Super sleek. It’s efficient and easy to use. Also lightweight so makes it perfect for travel. So much better than an iron!!

I used the steamer to steam my husband's scrubs for work. It did a great job. The steamer works fast and is very easy to use. My favorite part is that it is compact and doesn't take much space to store. The packaging was very nice.
