OMG! These are HORRIBLE!! I drink a lot of electrolytes and am extremely active in the gym and in the water, so thought I would try these. I got the 4 pack and put 1.5 tablets into a 26 oz shaker cup for work. When I tasted it- it was absolutely awful, as was the odor. It tasted medicinal and there was no fruit flavor to speak of, not to mention the smell. When I came home, I opened the bottle and sniffed- that horrid medicinal smell was very strong. I had my husband sniff it too- and he recoiled. I opened the orange flavor just to see if maybe the mixed fruit was a one off- but that same medicine smell came out - and so did the taste, when I mixed on in about 8 oz of water. Unfortunately I can’t return them so they are going into the rubbish can. I would NOT recommend these to anyone!! I’m sticking with my NUUN, VOOST, and German electrolytes.

I’ve been using Quench electrolyte tablets for a few weeks now and I’m genuinely impressed. I love that you get a variety of flavors in one pack. I received lemon, orange, watermelon, and mixed berry (which ended up being my favorite!).What really makes this product stand out for me is how portable and practical it is. Perfect for busy days, workouts, or just staying hydrated on the move.The taste isn’t overpowering or weird like some other electrolyte drinks I’ve tried. It’s actually pretty good! Others might like the taste but it's not for me. I only got to use 1 tablet. Going back to Propel tabs. Wish I could return this order. Can I?

These tablets are an interesting experience. They are kind of like the Sweet Tarts candy with an amount less sweet, which isn't too bad. Simple to chew and manages to give you a hydrating sensation without needing to take a drink. Good enough to help you out in a pinch.

Awful! I barely made it through 1 sip of the first tablet. Tastes and smells like chemicals. Can’t return the product either. I liked the electrolyte profile but can’t overcome the taste/smell. Definitely going back to the other company I used to use.

AWFUL TASTE!!! I actually threw them away, and I don’t throw anything away. They taste like some kind of powdery chemical and it gets into your nose and sinuses and makes you feel like you’re actively acquiring an illness. I’ve never been so motivated to write a review (actually a WARNING) as I was to write this; it’s that horrible.
