Wow, what a difference in this item from what else is widely offered on Amazon! It's been more difficult as time has gone on to manipulate the normal (short) types of these valve levers due to hand arthritis. I'd been familiar with this type of long-lever valve from my time in industry; the fact that it's stainless steel is a big plus. Installation was trouble-free, and I very much appreciated that some thread-sealing tape (as well as a spare set of gaskets) was included. With all parts and pieces in place, the hose was pressured-up with water against the closed valve. No leaks, and the valve lever was very much easier to operate than all of those little levers in the past. No more of those for me! If you have an ailment, or just have limited hand strength, I predict you will enjoy the ease of operation. Strongly recommended product!

I am very happy with the quality. The threaded connectors are a good length and feel very solid. They were easy to attach. This is directly attached to a dripping sillcock which I was unable to remedy. It needed a new washer but the screw on the sill cock was stripped. So I added this to the sill cock and no more drip. The lever is a good length and easily turned even by my arthritic hands.
