Great small,quiet machine. Good power and efficiency.

I recently moved from Houston Texas to Florida & after 3 Hurricanes in in 2 seasons, it was time to get back power. I should have purchased this Honda Generator years ago. I can't believe how quiet it is. After an easy set-up, it started right away. Great design, fit & finish. It is hard to move around, so I would have love to see Honda add wheels to this unit. My neighbor has a Generac, it has broken down 5 times in 3 years and the noise is horrible. Did I say how quiet my Honda 3000 is!!! Highly recommend this generator.

This has been one of the best investments we've made this last year. Very handy when camping. Very fuel efficient especially in eco mode. And it is pretty quiet compared to alternatives.

We were impressed by how quiet this generator is. It is a little heavier and larger than expected but we will use it anyway. Great product.

Absolutely wonderful to work with. Fed ex delivered the first generator and dropped it off at the end of my mile long driveway. It was not there when I went to get it. Jacks immediately refunded my money and I ordered another one. The second one was delivered by freight and it went perfect. Please do not use fed ex to shop anything. Jacks small engine was great!!

I bought this 3000is because it was supposed to be quiet only 57db. I could live with that but it sounds like a lawnmower! 87db plus whether the eco switch is turned on or not, doesn't matter. My Onan 6.5kw generator in my RV is a lot quieter then this. Maneuverability is a joke & light weight is a joke. That's why they sale a wheel kit. But the noise is horrendous! Honda used to make a quiet generator but they must have gone to a cheaper muffler for some unknown reason. After 2 years the gas tank has rusted out!

The item arrived in slightly scratched up condition which appeared to have happened inside the intact factory packaging box. I was disappointed since this is a very expensive generator but after informing the seller, they promptly contacted me with an offer of compensation. Good result and happy with the generator. Handles 3000 watts easily but runs a long time at lower loads and QUIETLY!
