This is good value. Does work very well. Good value with definite health benefits. Taste is not nice but so worth it I just had a nice drink after it.

Great organic black seed oil
This organic black seed oil is strong and high quality, with a potent taste that reflects its purity. The richness and intensity make it clear that it’s the real deal. My missus gets the capsules, and they’re great too just as effective without the strong taste. If you’re looking for authentic, effective black seed oil, this is a great choice!

Opens airways
Bought this for my skin and is working a treat after only two days , but realised you can take it orally, felt like my airways opened up like never before. Very menthol and peppery at the same time , doesn’t repeat on me luckily as some others have stated. Amazing product for price. Don’t put it near your eyes though . Can sting a little bit.

Decent oil
I've been taking black-seed oil daily for a while now and am trying various brands to find a best buy.I'm no expert; but this product tastes as if it contains genuine black-seed oil to me, with a proviso. Which is that I find it runnier than my favourites so far, which are Inspiriko and Viridian. It's also cheaper than those brands, to be fair. So I wonder if it is slightly more diluted? (Dilution seems an issue with black-seed oil, as there's no legal standard of quality or composition.) I've stirred and shaken this oil, in case it was sludged; but the thinness runs throughout the bottle.Does the slight runniness matter? Yes, if it means the concentration of oil is lower. But also because I find it harder to control the pour, meaning I'm going through this bottle quicker than I did with other brands, which nullifies the slight price advantage. That said, I repeat that this brand does contain genuine oil. It isn't, unlike some brands, a fake.

Vile taste
I put half a teaspoon in my smoothie this morning as it smelt strong. Oh my days even adding honey didn't take away the disgusting taste of it. I had the taste in my mouth for a few hours. I won't be having any more.

Dont buy this its not the same as before
Not the same unfortunately. When it was in the white packaging the oil was black and thick. This is thin olive colour and more bitter than the one in the white bottle. I don't think this is what it says on the bottle. Somthing was altered and I don't think ill get the benefits as I did with the original white packaging that they have now discontinued. Very sad. The other one helped me with coughs and colds and I didn't get sick as much. It helped me with my skin and general health. But now I think with this new rebranding its poor.
