These are a great alternative to regular protein bars which have a long list of ingredients and mostly chocolate and caramel variations. The bites can be taken in a gym bag or to a hot destination without melting or getting sticky or impossible to eat without a mess. I put some in a small sealed tub to take to gym or on holiday. They are expensive but nothing else out there that travels well, is easy to eat and digest. Also just a few bites will curb your appetite if you have to wait a while to eat. They are not completely sugar free as have natural sugars in dried fruits etc but no sweeteners. I do like low sugar protein bars but trying to wean myself off them as I know they are all UPF.

I bought these mainly to take on a plane journey in order to have something convenient and nutritious to keep me going. They are surprisingly tasty and very dense, so they are filling. I will buy again for use in situations where it is not possible to prepare fresh food. An ideal convenience food in my opinion, working out much cheaper per kilo than comparable protein bars. They are made locally in England and the ingredients are all organic which is a crucial consideration - we must strive to avoid consuming the harmful chemicals contained in non-organic products and to show our support for farmers who work with nature rather than fight against her. Avoid healthy looking protein bars and other products that disguise their use of non-organic, chemical-laden ingredients

Pretty good, it’s never going to be like eating a chocolate bar though

The lemon turmeric flavor is really good (My favorite between vanilla, maca cinnamon, and turmeric lemon). I'm disappointed that all the pieces are stuck together and mostly broken, so it makes it hard to eat. I didn't have this issue with the other flavors, but I would expect better product quality given the price of the item.

So lovely! I’m raw vegan and these are the perfect treat :) bit expensive but a great treat for every now and then they last for ages ! Really tasty

Must have been sat in amazons warehouse for months! This is the second Amazon order I’ve got an both were awful compared to the three I’ve ordered from their website

they were okay not worth the money, i didn’t really enjoy the texture all that much , i think bliss balls ( made out of cashews + dates - i like lemon and coconut , search a recipe online! ) are better but its okay :)

I love these bars! They are tasty and very healthy. I used to eat a lot of chocolate but now I prefer these protein bars! They satisfy my cravings and I don’t even need to have a lot to be satisfied. I will definitely buy again, and again!
