Don't return. Use water beads. Great product.
I don't know why this item has been returned so many times. My guess is people just don't know how to use the product. You need the clear water beads to go with this. That's what makes them float. I made 12 centerpieces with these and they looked amazing. I received so many compliments. Definitely would recommend and buy again.
