I haven't seen a palmetto bug since I plugged this thing in, which has always been a problem. Anywhere in the house. It doesn't work on small roaches.

I live in a rural area and have trouble with mice in my unattached garage. I bought a group of 5 units in December of last year and 2 more in March. They did work good in garage, no mice for winter. Found 2 mice in traps in basement with 2 units there, so questionable success? But biggest problem 5 out of 7 units already quit working, warranty only 30 days. So I would Not recommend because to much cash for no longevity!

I bought the Bye Critter ultrasonic repeller to deal with mice and insects — installation took just a few seconds. Within a few days, the pests disappeared and haven’t returned. The device is quiet, chemical-free, and safe for children and pets. I needed a few units for the whole apartment since ultrasound doesn’t pass through walls. It’s an excellent, eco-friendly, and cost-effective solution for home protection.

I purchased 2 of these and both quit working within 8 months. I pulled them apart and found bad solder joints on the printed circuit board. This is poor manufacturing quality control. Looking at how many people have had the same problem with some stop working a month or so after installation, this product has a history of quality problems and should not be sold until these problems are fixed.

We had a single mouse running around the house. I put this device in the room where I last saw it...However,that mouse continued to hang out in the room despite this device being plugged in 24/7. Hmmm...Maybe he got used to the sound output.Eventually, the mouse was caught in a have a heart and re-homed back to nature.

I purchased two of these in Nov 2024, they are dead by May 2025. There is power to the logic board, the switch "acts" like it is working but the unit light never goes on. I know of no other way to test the unit so I must assume they are dead. Both of the units act the same way. Not reliable, not quality.UPDATE: The vendor has offered me settlement for the defected units. Good Service after Sales! Thank you

Disappointed in the product but there customer service reached out to me and they reimbursed me for my purchase, this was way more than expected so it is nice that someone actually cares about the customer!

Like it because it is easy to use, just plug it in; like that it is kids and pets safe; I keep it at home from spiders and ants and like that it works. It is well made, too.
