The guitar is really cool looking, the pickups sound great too. However there were some issues with this guitar. The sound from the guitar still came through when the volume knobs were turned down all the way. That is a simple grounding issue that should not have been overlooked at the factory. It was happening with the volume controls on both pickups. Also the tuning pegs are awful, they are sticky when turning and slipping as well. These days you can buy cheap tuners that turn smoothly and work great, these didn't. So that being the case I returned this guitar.

Arrived in good condition.Seems to be of good quality build and parts.My main concern is the increased guitar hum that I hear is from a bad ground wire connection or the + and - wires are reversed, but my noise gate eliminated about 85% of that. Arrived the D'Addario colored balls 🔵🔵.I hear WestCreek is gonna release another batch of these in several colors soon so hopefully the buzz noise problem will be corrected, then you will have a 4.5 star guitar

Guitar cane with a couple problems,,but it's very nice for the price .

The media could not be loaded. I personally love the explorer metal shape. I already love this guitar. It was delivered perfectly in tact (wohoo!) nothing damaged, good job Amazon.The fretboard was straight, I measured with my edge. Intonation seems fine although I haven't checked too thouroughly. Nothing buzzes, nor frets out. Action slightly under 2 mm for high E and about 2.5 mm low E at 12th fret, which is awesome. I tuned it to D standard (D G C F A D) for Pantera stuff. It sounds great. It's probably around 8 lbs, not too light nor too heavy. The rosewood fretboard looks very nice. Killswitch works. I'm very happy.The knobs are very nice with allen lock. The pickup is a 4 conductor pickup wired in series. I might switch to a push/pull tone pot to switch between series/parallel. The whole guitar is black satin finish. The neck is not as thin like a Jackson Warrior/Kelly, it feels more like a Schecter neck (such as a Hellraiser or E-1). It's 42 mm at the nut, 50mm at 12th, and 55mm at 22nd fret. The strings are centered perfectly, better than my Jackson (high E on Jackson was close to the edge before I adjusted it but it's still closer than I'd like it to be).The only slight thing that's not perfect is neck joint there's slight space, it's not as flush as my Jackson Warrior, but I really don't care. The neck is bolted on very tight, playability is amazing. It's a Floyd Rose special which is same quality as my Jackson warrior JS32, and it works fine for me. I can flutter, I can dive and pull and it stays in tune so no complaints.Love it! Great guitar. I'm glad I got one before these sold out.
