Great Beginner booth easy to use
The media could not be loaded. Purchased is back in September for my daughter‘s birthday party that took place on November 9th. The photo booth is super fun and easy to use. The software is very easy to use. The only problem is the day of the party. The LED lights did not work. I tested the LED lights the month received the product and it worked just fine was very beautiful And then afterwards the day of the event it just did not work. Super easy to assemble took about 30mins or less AND I usedthe YouTube videos for assistance with assembly. Customer service is VERY helpful and responsive. I reached out to them via Facebook to get assistance with my LED lights and they offered to replace LED lights for me and ship out a new set and offered to send out a lithium battery. I wasn’t expecting that so I was very grateful that I was also offered that.

Size does matter
I thought the 27in was big enough, but I was wrong. It fits 2 skinny people, and that’s it. The description said it can hold 2-3 ppl. Other than that so far I’m enjoying the product. When I can afford to upgrade in size I will.

Unable to use machine
Had this machine for almost a month and can’t use it lost out on so much money company do not care about your business…they slow drag and talk to you any type of way.

Just arrived 5/18/22. Nicely and securely packaged. All pieces came in great condition. It even comes with some extras.Very easy to set up, it took me about 5 min to set, and another 5 to take apart. It also comes with some really nice bags to placed all the pieces and holders.You do need to get a Power Bank for the Ring Light. Also, I would suggest invest in a more durable light for your 360 Photo Booth. The Ring light that comes with it, it will do the job for now, but it doesn't feel secured, and is made of plastic so it may not last that long.Controlling the 360 is a breeze, got it the first time. It comes with its own Light Strip (BUT) as some of you may know, the peel and stick the is on the light strip, may have worn out, and you may need a double sided tape or something else to secured the light strip around the platform. The light strip on the picture are my own light stripGreat Buy, so far.

Great starter 360 booth!
This Photo Booth is perfect for beginners. The software helps you get started to creating amazing videos! It was easy to assemble & the video instructions provided were perfect! I was able to start using my booth in about 45 minutes & have loved every second of it! It is very sturdy for up to 3 ppl….and a great value for the money!
