Great for keeping baby and dog separate!
This 59-inch retractable baby gate has been working really well for our home. It was easy to install, retracts smoothly, and locks securely into place. I love that I can easily pull it across when needed and retract it out of the way when we don’t. It’s sturdy enough to keep both my large dog and my baby safely separated, which gives me so much peace of mind. The locking mechanism feels secure and doesn’t slip. If you need something functional, space-saving, and reliable, this gate is a great option!

Best baby gate to buy!
Amazing! This gate is super sturdy and my 19 month old doesn’t reach the top nor can she crawl underneath it. I love the lock feature also because it’s also kept my 5 year old from opening it. Very safe, easy to use, and it comes in handy with keeping our dog either out of the living room or the kitchen areas.

Perfect solution for our garage
We purchased the Miumoon 200” Retractable Baby Gate (42” tall) for our garage, and it’s been a great addition. Installation was straightforward and didn’t take long at all. The instructions were clear, and once mounted, it feels secure and sturdy. One of the biggest reasons we chose this gate is that it’s easy to take off and put back on when needed. Our HOA can be particular about exterior changes, so having something that can be removed without a hassle is a huge plus. It gives us flexibility while still keeping the space safe. The retractable design is also really convenient — it rolls away neatly when not in use and doesn’t take up extra space. Overall, it’s practical, well-designed, and works perfectly for our needs. Highly recommend!

ONLY COMPLAINT, too fat of wall connector posts. Other than that, 100% works
I bought this so I could go out and get mail, without worrying about my dogs escaping. Originally, like most people, I was using a baby gate, which is SUPER ANNOYING, as most people will know. Sometimes you can step over it, but most of the times you have to undo it, re-set it, and NO THANK YOU. One dog, my Trapper, a Foxhound/Catahoula is a CHARGER... Zelda the Dutch/Lab, being a female, is more graceful and poised in her attempt to escape. New dog also clearly a hound of some sort and the biggest (formers being 22in, 25in, respectively) at 27/28in also decided to charge at the gate that I forgot to put in "LOCK" position. Both Max and Trapper failed to bust through even when trying to climb under it. They're big 70+LB dogs, with only Trapper being slightly fat. So it 100% works. The only FAILINGS is that the plastic piece that connects to the house is RATHER CHUNKY and gets in the way of closing my door. Didn't realize that was going to be an issue. I can close the door but it's scratching it, and there wasn't enough mounting space really to put it anywhere else. So, if you're doing this INSIDE a door frame, make sure your interior door frame is at least 2-2.5in deep. The reality is, those mounting hardware, don't need to be that bulky. They could easily be slimmed down to about 1.5in without compromising strength or anchoring. I also decided to use longer 3in screws for my interior door frame install since I wanted the added strength and security of them, since if again 140+lbs try to bum rush the screen, wanted it not to get pulled out by the weak screws they give you. There is a lot to love about this system: 1) It is very durable and quality feeling. Was easy to install only had issues with mounting the "Catches", that the gate latches onto. I went with an OPPOSING method, Where one catch faces outwards and the other inwards, since I have a very clever dog who could best the system if they faced the same direction. I have the outwards one at the top, and inwards at the bottom. Now, when installing it yourself, I recommend positioning the catch to be both inwards if you want to go that route. THOUGH with that said, the catches DO TECHNICALLY have a "LOCKING" mechanism, where it's made to snap around the handle to secure it even more. On my old house, the door frame ain't the strongest, hence the need to go with 3in screws to actually screw into the true DOOR frame and not the decorative exposed frame. I honestly didn't have faith in this system give Trapper's intelligence, though, the new dog provides a new challenge. Max is a jumper and he jumps my baby gate I have right now. It's super annoying and cool of him. This was kind of proof of concept, and the proof is, it works well. Luckily this company thinks of owners like us with jumping giants, and sells taller options. I 100% recommend this, this is so much better than gates, even the ones with the doors. Since I move a lot of stuff in my house constantly, bins, tables, chairs, large items, etc... so having to fight with a baby gate or the narrow opening of a door-gate system, is getting tiresome. This takes up like 3in of door space when all folded up, which is kind of a lot but easy to maneuver around and I can still get couches out without issue. The fact that it bested both charging males, sold me, and I'm literally about to buy like 10 more.

Great Gate for my Dog
I bought this to use as a gate for my dog (Belgian Malinois/shepherd mix) when I am not home. It was easy to install and hard to make any mistakes. The directions confused me for a moment, but it was actually pretty self-explanatory when I took a look at the pieces. Once set up, it is rather sturdy and is holding up very well. She is great and doesn't really mess with anything while I'm away, but it seems like a stable gate that will definitely hold up over time! The retractability is a little iffy from time to time, as it can get crooked when releasing it, and that is when I follow the advice of holding onto the handle as it draws back. Please note, that you will need your own tools to install this product. For reference, I needed my drill, leveler and stud finder for secure installation.

Good gate.
I looked at all kinds of gates and this one met my needs really well. It's sturdy, easy to install, easy to use and has an amazing roll ability that doesn't wear out easy. The material of the gate is nice and actually see through which is cool, and very functional and can hold up a small margin of weight and not fold in from the top. I bought this for my cat who was 17 years old and just set in her old age and did not try to climb or go under. With that said, the bottom has a sturdy "bar" to discourage going under it. I feel it would hold ok against other cats. The kit did include an option to add a tie down for the middle but wasn't need for us. The lock and unlock features of the gate was nice. You could hear when it caught to lock, letting you know it was in locked mode. Overall a great buy!

Nice
We had an awkward opening that needed blocking from the baby. It is on a diagonal and over 100” across so it was hard to find a gate that would fit. This works perfectly, is pretty sturdy and simple to set up. Best part is it rolls up for when not in use unlike clunky gates.

Great but....
Great but unfortunately pets can still go underneath the gate and pass.
