Working my way through the exercises on the 28 day plan. Love the book full of helpful and inspiring tips. Love the videos too.. very easy to understand the information..love it highly recommended.

A very easy book to understand and it is great that you can download the 28 day program and print which saves you flipping to page and page. The program with the free videos are easy to understand and are enjoyable to complete. Highly recommend this book with its downloads money well spent.

Chair yoga and fitness for all ages, especially seniors, IT WORKS!
Excellent book for seniors wanting to get fitter and lose some weight. I tried all the exercises in turn to get used to them before embarking on the 28-day plan. so, 5-days in, I feel a little fitter, weight not starting to move yet but continuing with the plan will hopefully reap some benefits.Very worth while getting this book by Alex Harper and has a lot to offer seniors and anyone else who wants a stress-free set of gentle exercises. Having said gentle, your body knows you've done some work!! who would have thought that swinging your leg 20-30 times at the back of a chair would make you feel the burn!

Well written explanations of each exercise with enough background information on the reason to use with being overwhelming.Free videos an addition bonus.Looking forward to seeing the results in twenty eight days!

Nice clear print.Useful information. Clear instructions and diagrams. I also downloaded the free on line demonstration (QR code in the book ). So that I can see if I am doing the exercises correctly. Loving it.
