Kid Trax Dodge Viper SRT Convertible Toddler Ride On Toy, Ages 3 - 7 years old, 12 Volt Battery, Max Weight of 130 lbs, Two Seater, Working Lights, Blue/Stripe

This is the perfect ride-on car for my 2yr 4mons old son. He weighs 35lbs and 3ft tall. We don’t have a bunch of extra money so when I chose this, it took me months searching (reading, watching videos of reviews, comparing everything from the product itself, brands to stores where to buy it best) to find the best one (features and price) because I have no room for regretting my purchase. I can’t give review to its durability yet since its still sitting inside the house and my son can not reach the pedal yet nor know how to use it. But for design, features, most of all, the customer service of kidtrax, 5 stars or even 100 if I could. Also base on lots of reviews I’ve read, many of them bought this as an upgrade for their old smaller kidtrax ride-on cars that they have for 8, 7, 6 yrs now which tells me that this brand makes durable ride on toy cars. First, my package arrived in a nice box unlike many of the reviews said theirs came with kinda ripped open salvaged box. Second, no scratches and everything was complete except for one, a little hub cover which I contacted kidtrax directly through their e-mail support because I’ve read reviews saying amazon’s customer support on this particular product is not very good while kidtrax’s is great which is correct. They’re very easy to talk to, very patient and solve my problem smoothly and quickly. Annika, their Sr. CSR is very nice. Third, all the features. I’ve was torn between having a remote control or having a realistic look (middle foot pedal and middle shift gear that is not on the dashboard for 2-seater). My husband and I both agreed that they will learn quickly how to use it themselves and the remote control will be useless. Also, many of the reviews of Remote controlled ride on cars experience problems with the remote which makes them rely on using it manually, so again it makes the RC useless. So its not worth it to give up the realistic look to RC. I’ve read a review saying there was dangling wire on the radio which who knows where it came off or where it is suppose to connect, my husband said it is for the antenna but since it doesn’t have antenna rod to connect to, just leave it and its okay. This car is pretty big and won’t fit on doors so you can’t drive it inside the house. Originally, I wanted to get the red Fisher-price power wheels Ford Mustang but its no longer available or some store sell them over-priced. Then I found this and very happy.

Pacific Cycle stands by their products! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! My son already had a Kid Trax police car and because he could beat my daughter in any race against her Power Wheels we needed to get one of these fast cars for her too. Unfortunately when we built hers there was an issue and the car wouldn't go into fast speed. I contacted Pacific Cycle and the customer service was great, they immediately figured out the issue and said they would ship out the replacement part and it would arrive in 5-7 days. My daughter was so excited, I asked if there was any way to ship it sooner. They agreed to overnight the replacement part. Unfortunately, UPS didn't keep there end of the bargain and because they forgot to load it on the UPS truck they decided to say "customer unavailable". Even though my UPS driver was there earlier and delivered a package. But that is another story. Now for the car, it is beautiful! The car has a real FM radio, which, I must say, my little one really loves. She is also able to connect her iTouch to the car and play her own music. So cool! The car makes real Viper noises when you accelerate. Most importantly and unlike Power Wheels, these Kid Trax cars ROCK IT on grass, up and down small hills without any issue. They are also faster, better tire traction and overall just a better driving vehicle! Lastly, when charging the light shows red when charging and green when done, finally! I'll never know why Power Wheels couldn't do that.

I’ll write a more in depth review after a few months owning it, but for now, the highlights: The car: Decent quality. The white stripes weren’t perfect when it arrived. Assembly does take some work. The rubber on the tires is a massive help, because the car is fast! I have to jog to keep up. My daughter absolutely loves it and it has become a daily activity of going for a drive after school. Can’t wait till it’s summer and she can drive it to the pool.

Got this for my 4 year old on sale for about $250. It looks better and performs better than some cars his friends have that are double the price. The build quality is pretty good and seems like it won't break easily. I really like that there is a button to turn the headlights on and off, and the headlights look really cool. My little bud is stylin in this thing, picking up the neighborhood girls on our walks down the street. I also really like the way this thing charges. You plug it into what looks like a gas cap, which is kind of neat for my son to do. It holds a charge for several hours from our use, though I can't give an exact number. We generally plug it in after a few uses and we've never gone to use it and have to charge it, the battery has never been dead. It was also fairly easy to assemble, decent instructions and well thought out design. Definitely recommend this for those of you looking for an affordable car for your little ones. More than enough room for them to cruise with a buddy, and the car goes just fast enough to not be too slow, but also not be too fast to give you a heart attack when they ride it.

I received the item on the 8th, and the box was intact, but some of the items were damaged. One of the seats, had a deep scratch in it, the windshield had scuff marks on it. Upon fully assembling the unit and following the charging instruction I charged the vehicle from 4 in the afternoon Monday till about 3:30 Tuesday afternoon. I did not test vehicle until that following Friday when I went to power it up nothing happened no lights came on nothing vehicle will not move. I contact customer service in we troubleshoot over the phone and she said that they will send us out a New power supply for the dashboard.
