Possible Overheating/ Melting of ports
Please. Do not do it to yourself. I was repairing a IPhone 12 Pro for a customer and had installed this battery only to find it to overheat and everything gets triple checked (I have OCD. I was a aviation technician-- I know that complacency k*lls). Long story short it heated the terminals where the battery ribbon goes and this was a complete rebuild for my client. I thought ordering cheaper....with batteries order compliant.

Died in less than a month
Completely died leaving me stranded in less than 1 month.Was overheating terribly also before it died and was worse than my old apple battery for charge.Do NOT buy this

False advertisement for battery capacity
I just installed the battery on my iphone 12. I connected it to a tool called 3uTool, which tells you the actual capacity of the battery, which in this case was 3500mAh, a far cry from the listing of 15,500mAh. I used the extensively by watching youtube. The phone lasted a little less than 5 hours before it completely drained from 100% to 0%, this is about the same performance as a normal iphone battery at 2815mAh. Therefore, the description of 15,500mAh is blatant false advertisement. I give it 2 stars for a working battery. Its been a day so far. I hope it doesnt rapidly degrade. I deduct the 3 stars for the highly inflated capacity.

Just take yours to Apple
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Didn't come with the correct tool for the "standoff screws", no new battery adhesive, no directions at all. don't waste your money.

Just part of an often big picture
My iPhone 12 was getting HOT especially when charging . , battery level was at 74%.So I decided to try a new battery & DYII was successful in cracking my screen attempting the disassembly! So went hi my local fix it store and let them fix my mess up. They installed the battery and a new screen … my phone had deeper / more sever issues .Now an iPhone 16 owner .I am a usually good DYI . Just know Thursday fix an issue / it may open a can O worms
