I have been purchasing Global knives one at a time. After owning different brands of knives over the years, I was skeptical about these and afraid to purchase a complete set. BAD decision. Global knives are expensive but will probably be the last knives you ever own because of their quality. This paring knife is just as excellent as the other two knives in my collection.The handle style is comfortable and the perfect weight. Global knives are razor sharp and maintenance is easy. Wash and dry it immediately, store appropriately and you will never regret making the investment in a Global knife.
